I'm Ryan, the owner of North Coast Small Jobs. I serve homeowners in Astoria and surrounding North Coast communities, providing dependable handyman and small-project construction services with an emphasis on quality workmanship, clear communication, and treating people and their homes with respect.
 

I believe hiring someone to work in your home shouldn't be stressful. You should know when I'm going to arrive, understand what work is being done, and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. I make an effort to keep my customers involved before, during, and after the job—and I want you to feel confident in the work when I'm finished.

North Coast Small Jobs handles many of the projects that can be difficult to find a contractor for—from repairs and home maintenance to those lingering items on the to-do list.
 

Services include things like exterior rot and deck repairs, door replacement, light painting, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, mounting TVs and artwork, carpentry projects, and other repairs and improvements around the home.
 

If a project requires work outside my expertise or licensing, I'll be upfront about it. When appropriate, I can also work with trusted subcontractors and other local trades.

For many people, staying in the home they know and love is extremely important. Sometimes relatively small changes can make that home safer, easier to navigate, and more comfortable.
 

That may include grab bars, handrails, ramps, safer entrances, accessibility improvements, bathroom modifications, and other carpentry or remodeling projects designed around changing needs.
 

I also understand that sometimes it's an adult son or daughter trying to find someone dependable to help their parents. My goal is to be someone both you and your family can feel comfortable calling.
